P2K supports a countywide milling and resurfacing program in Clayton County, Georgia, by performing comprehensive utility adjustments. Our scope includes raising 253 manholes and 51 water valves to final grade across four districts. We coordinate this work meticulously to align with paving schedules and maintain safe traffic operations.
These adjustments are critical to ensure a smooth riding surface, protect underground infrastructure, and extend the service life of the newly resurfaced streets.
